Our Mission
To identify, develop and fund, a full range of human services that meet critical community needs, with help and advice from Pike County stakeholders.
 
We Make An Impact in Your Community!

Blue Dot

We allocated $90,000 for the current year and a total of $679,000 since 2000 to various organizations to support human services programs exclusively in Pike County. List of Allocations

Provided 350 volunteers at our Day of Caring in 2008 that helped 19 local nonprofit and human services agencies for a total of 2,100 hours.

Collected almost 110 usable pints of blood at our 9/11 Blood Drive in 2008 which helped over 350 patients.

Our on-line community services directory, www.PikePaHelp.org, has helped many people in need find the services that are available to them. The directory is also used by other agencies to help thier clients. On average, there are over 200 page views of the directory per day.

Our Community Ramp fund has helped many residents of Pike County with disabilities get a wheel chair ramp for thier home.

The Pike County Emergency Reserve Fund we established helped many families in need during the floods and other local disasters.

We also partner with many local businesses and organizations for other programs such as food and clothing drives.

You're invited... J-Angelo Presents this audaciously imaginative and interactive adult theater experience that gets the audience on its feet!  Hilarious fun!  An evening to remember!  Highlights include a toast to the Bride and Groom, Big Band Dancing Upstairs, Club/Disco Downstairs, Light Show, Cocktails & Hors D'Oeurvers with "Sugar", raffle prizes, 50/50 and giveaways.  Tickets are $30 per Guest at the Door; $25 pre-event and 100% of the proceeds benefit the United Way.  Sponsored by the J-Angelo Event Planning, Tom Quick Inn, BigHeartTravel.com, DJ Flow and Elli .grant Cakes and the performers.  Flyer
