Day of Caring

United Way of Pike County will host the 17th Annual Day of Caring on Saturday, September 9th, 2017

This is an extraordinary day when volunteers come out to help the community. Our ROCK STAR volunteers will work at local nonprofit agencies for a single day to complete projects and save the agency thousands of dollars.

  • We will work on projects that will help them in serving local residents in need all year long.
  • You must be 14 years or older to participate.
  • Seniors are always welcome!

The day will begin with breakfast held at the Delaware Valley High School at 7:45 am. You will get your work assignment and free T-shirt and then travel to the site on your own or by school bus. The work day begins at 9:00 am and ends at 2:00 pm. Lunch will be provided at the site. Work clothes and sturdy shoes are a must. NO FLIP FLOPS!

Registration forms are due Wednesday September 6th and are available below.
